  • Do you offer more than just one-time treatments?

    Yes, CPCS offers long-term recurring maintenance servicing in addition to one-time treatments. Our maintenance programs include weekly, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal programs. Additionally, CPCS can create a specific program schedule to meet your pest control needs. 


  • Do I need to leave my home during treatment?

    For the majority of treatments, the answer is no. However, some specific pest treatments may require the house to be vacated during or after treatment for your safety. 

  • What are the signs that I might have a pest infestation?

    Signs can vary depending on the pest, but some common signs may include but are not limited to droppings, unusual smells, signs of nesting, and damage to furniture or fabrics. 


    If you notice any of these signs or other abnormal occurrences, contact CPCS to discuss the signs you're experiencing and schedule an inspection.


  • How much does pest control service cost?

    Pricing can vary by pest. CPCS can provide pricing over the phone, depending on your pest control needs. If we cannot provide pricing over the phone based on the information provided, we can give a price quote after a free, no-obligation inspection.

  • Do you offer any guarantees or warranties with your services?

    YES, CPCS services include retreatment and follow-up warranties to help keep your home pest-free. 

  • Can you provide pest control services for commercial properties?

    YES, CPCS provides both residential and commercial servicing. 


  • How quickly can you respond to a pest emergency?

    CPCS offers fast response times and can even provide same-day services for many pest emergencies. 


  • Do you provide free estimates for your services?

    YES, CPCS provides free, no-obligation estimates and inspections.


  • Do I need to sign a contract?

    NO, CPCS does not require customer contracts for pest control services.
